Building & Contents - Up to nominated sums insured for a range of defined events including Fusion & Flood cover Legal Liability - Up to $20 million cover for personal injury to other people, or loss or damage to their property. This can arise from events that occur in your home and/or events that occur in connection with your business (ie events involving the guests at your property).

Optional Covers:
  • Loss of Rent: Up to $50,000 if your holiday property is untenantable as a result of an insured event covered in the policy
