Glass Damage

Landlord building insurance will cover the cost of replacing the following building-related items: window glass and other fixed glass; and shower screens, basins, baths and toilets. When your contents are insured, we will cover the cost of replacing contents-related items such as mirrors and fixed glass in furniture that is provided by the owner as part of the rental agreement. If a repair person is not able to visit the house promptly, you are required to secure the property to prevent further loss or damage.
